About the role
- Act as the primary contact for the largest public sector clients
- Develop and execute strategies to grow key accounts into multi-million revenue
- Build trusted relationships with senior public sector executives and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement across AI, data, and technology services
- Collaborate internally to ensure delivery of workforce and digital solutions that meet public service goals
- Maintain strong knowledge of public sector funding models, procurement, and policies
About you
- Proven track record of growing clients >£1m in public sector sales or client management
- Strong understanding of government priorities, challenges, and procurement processes
- Commercially driven, with evidence of achieving targets in a public sector context
- Able to build credibility and trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for using technology to deliver impact
Package
- Hybrid working, London office (4 days per week)
- Base salary up to £120,000 (flex)
