As Chief Revenue Officer, you'll shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, scale the sales function, and drive recurring revenue growth.
- Experience leading and scaling multi-functional commercial teams (sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success)
- Deep fluency with SaaS metrics and commercial levers, pipeline coverage, CAC:LTV, churn, expansion revenue, etc.
- Strong strategic vision with hands-on operational capability, comfortable toggling between board-level planning and rolling sleeves up to execute
- Brings coaching experience, emotional intelligence, and commercial rigour in equal measure
