A high-growth ClimateTech SaaS start-up is looking for a commercially minded, ambitious Account Executive to become their first dedicated sales hire. With a flood of inbound interest, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the sales process and help scale a platform that's accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy.

The Role
- Manage the full 360 sales cycle from prospect to close, converting a high volume of qualified inbound leads across SMB and mid-market
- Build and refine sales processes from the ground up, identifying and implementing the tools and systems that will supercharge performance
- Support large strategic deals alongside the founder and leadership team
- Play a crucial part in their success as they continue to grow and scale across the UK!
About You
- 3+ years sales experience for a fast-paced SaaS start-up, with a minimum of 1 year closing
- Degree educated, 2:1 and above ideally from a Top 20 University
- Proven self-starter with a track record of smashing sales targets
- A genuine interest in sustainability and technology is a strong plus
The Package
- Up to £70k base + double OTE (uncapped)
- Equity!
- HYBRID - minimum 2 days p/w in their Central London office location
- Option to work remotely abroad for up to 30 days per year
