Finance Analyst in City of Westminster

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a commercially focused Finance Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in London. This role supports business areas by providing financial analysis, insight, and reporting to enable effective decision-making and drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with finance leadership and a range of stakeholders, contributing to the ongoing development of financial processes, systems, and analytical capabilities within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What you'll do

• Support monthly management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for the Aristocrat Interactive group.
• Prepare and deliver financial metrics, KPIs, and board-ready reporting in line with business and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Financial Accounting to ensure an accurate and timely month-end close, including revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Supervise and analyse operating expenditure, including headcount tracking across the group.
• Support the development of the annual operating plan and forecasts in partnership with Commercial Finance.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost efficiencies.
• Analyse sophisticated financial data and translate findings into clear, commercially focused insights.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and BI reporting, including variance analysis and scenario modelling.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting across multiple business divisions.
• Assist with market and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified, or close to completion.
• Relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capability with proven financial modelling experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior team members.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and handling contending priorities.
• Proven experience contributing to process improvements or operational efficiency initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development.
• Ability to work within our central London office at least 3 days a week.
