We're looking for a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join us at Aristone Solicitors in Luton.
And I've realised during this search that I'm much less interested in someone's PQE than I am in what they can actually do.
If you're an NQ who can confidently take a Will or LPA matter from instructions through to completion, I'd like to speak to you.
If you've got a few years' PQE, I'd like to speak to you too.
You don't need to arrive knowing everything about probate. We have experienced senior lawyers who can support you with the more complex work while you develop.
What I care about much more is that you're organised, good with clients, take ownership of your work, know when to ask for help and genuinely care about doing a good job.
We're a small firm.
That's a feature, not something we're trying to disguise.
You will know the people you work with.
You'll know the directors.
You'll have a genuine handover from the solicitor currently doing the role.
You'll have established clients, a substantial Will bank and referrer relationships to build from.
We work hard and have high standards, but we're also very normal about the fact that people have lives outside work.
