As a strategic business partner to the Product Madness General Manager, the Vice President, Finance plays a crucial role as a senior leader in the Aristocrat Finance organization. This role is accountable for ensuring strong financial stewardship, shaping the company’s growth strategy, and enabling smarter, faster decisions through insights and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic: shaping long‑term value creation, resource prioritisation, and growth investments.
- Operational: ensuring robust reporting, compliance, governance, and scalable processes in a regulated, matrix environment.
- Delivering focus on revenue drivers, risk management and effective cost management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the GM and leadership team, driving commercial outcomes and long‑term shareholder value.
- Evaluate and prioritise new games, partnerships and licensing opportunities using robust financial modelling, scenario planning, and forecasting.
- Provide insights and due diligence support for M comfortable influencing senior leaders.
- Exceptional leadership track record, with the ability to inspire, scale, and develop high‑performing teams.
- Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast‑paced, iterative product environment.
Travel Expectations: Up to 25%
