We are seeking a Program Manager – Roadmap & Content at Scale to own and drive the execution of two critical initiatives across the Aggregation & Content domain: the roadmap and the Content @ Scale distribution initiative. This role functions at the convergence of product, technology, operations, and commercial collaborators. The Program Manager is accountable for translating strategic roadmaps into predictable, scalable, and high‑quality execution while continuously improving delivery models, governance, and ways of working.

Roadmap & Program Ownership

  • Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the product roadmap, translating strategic objectives into executable, hard‑working program plans.
  • Drive alignment between product strategy, engineering execution, operational readiness, and commercial priorities.
  • Manage multi‑quarter roadmaps with clearly defined achievements, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Act as a single point of accountability for program progress, delivery commitments, and trade‑offs.

Content @ Scale Delivery

  • Own and evolve the Content @ Scale implementation initiative, enabling high‑volume, repeatable, and predictable onboarding and release of content.
  • Coordinate large‑scale delivery pipelines involving internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
  • Standardize processes, tooling, and approaches to working to improve efficiency, quality, and time‑to‑market.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and modernize content delivery.

Cross‑Functional Execution

  • Lead execution across product, engineering, QA, compliance, logistical, and business units.
  • Identify and handle sophisticated interdependencies across multiple workstreams, platforms, and teams.
  • Ensure readiness across all environments (development, QA, staging, production) and coordinate release execution.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and delivery constraints, drive mitigation plans, and bring up recommendations when required.

Governance, Reporting & Communication

  • Establish and maintain strong program governance, delivery cadence, and decision‑making forums.
  • Develop and maintain program‑level benchmarks, dashboards, and reporting to ensure clarity and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with senior leadership on progress, risks, dependencies, and forward‑looking plans.
  • Influence and align stakeholders at all levels around priorities, commitments, and delivery outcomes.

What we’re looking for

  • 8–12+ years of experience leading large‑scale technical or product programs in complex, cross‑functional environments.
  • Consistent track record delivering business‑critical programs involving product, engineering, and operational teams.
  • Strong experience managing multiple parallel workstreams, dependencies, and senior collaborators.
  • Background in iGaming world, aggregation, content and regulated technology environments is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of modern software delivery, including agile methodologies, release management, and platform‑based architectures.
  • Hands‑on experience with program and portfolio management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is an advantage.
