This role directs integration planning, strategy, and orchestration for the Aristocrat group of businesses and will work with the leaders of the PMI team to ensure integration plans are smoothly and successfully achieved. It is a critical role requiring demonstrated relevant experience managing large-scale/complex deal-related integration programs (acquisitions, mergers, and/or carve-outs) and addressing cultural integration challenges with a pragmatic approach.
What you\’ll do
Strategic Thought-Leadership
- Develop the financial business case for the deal
- Identify synergies and value from Aristocrat’s transactions and integration into the business functions
- Support the overall integration strategy aligned with the financial business case
- Assess the impact of the integration on the business and lead design and execution of plans to preserve and create value
- Identify and clarify issues, risks, and opportunities, escalate as appropriate, and provide solutions
- Share best practices and experiences from prior transactions across the enterprise
- Support and adapt the ongoing integration function supporting the VP PMI
Integration Success
- Deliver a comprehensive go-to-strategy covering end-to-end integration processes from pre-integration to post-integration, including stakeholder strategies and success measures
- Manage the integration management office, coordinating internal and external parties
- Lead virtual teams, managing schedules and deliverables
- Establish effective partnerships with clear roles and responsibilities across teams
- Develop and maintain governance processes and communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, building partnerships within the business and functions
What We\’re Looking For
Strong background in end-to-end integration management, management consulting, investment banking, business planning, or equivalent experience, preferably within technology, media, or telecommunications sectors.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in M&A integration or large-scale business transformation programs
- Experience with mergers & acquisitions preferred
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong program and change management capabilities
- Experience in strategy, business management, consulting, project management, or related roles
- Advanced degree such as MS, MA, MBA in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in a global, multi-divisional organization preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Please note this role is offered on a hybrid basis with at least 2 days per week in our London office.
