What You’ll Do
- Assist in carrying out the Empowering Safer Play (ESP) strategy, commitments, and leadership ambitions for the company behind Aristocrat’s Group as a vital component of the global RG team.
- Help nurture a dynamic culture and support the ESP commitments and leadership aspirations.
- Serve as the main point of contact related to organizational needs, offering sound advice and considered challenge.
- Support the build and execution of ESP initiatives across Aristocrat Gaming, Aristocrat Interactive, and Product Madness.
- Translate Group ESP strategy, policies, and standards into clear, actionable business‑specific plans.
- Lead or support ESP workstreams across product, technology, marketing, customer support, and operations, ensuring alignment and effective delivery.
- Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and implementation of Aristocrat’s ESP policy framework across all businesses.
- Provide ESP advice on product features, game mechanics, marketing, and player communications, working closely with legal, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Support ESP risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation activities where required.
- Participate in developing and prioritizing Aristocrat’s technology roadmap, covering tools, data, and player protection functions.
- Support pilots, trials, and evaluations of safer play technologies across different products.
- Support the development and rollout of ESP training and awareness programs globally, tailored by role, business unit, and risk exposure.
- Act as a transparent advocate for ESP internally, helping teams understand both regulatory expectations and Aristocrat’s values‑based approach.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, including regulators, industry bodies, research organisations, and NGOs.
- Monitor emerging regulatory, research, and leading developments and transform insights into practical recommendations for the business.
- Represent Aristocrat in external forums and initiatives, as the need arises.
- Work with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and Sustainability teams to support relevant reporting, disclosures, and internal updates, including metrics and evidence where relevant.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in supervised, high compliance business, ideally online Real Money Gaming or other Gaming operations.
- Strong experience in Responsible Gaming / Safer Play, player protection, compliance, sustainability, or related fields.
- Validated program or project management capability, with experience delivering complex initiatives across multiple collaborators.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to actively engage a diverse range of people and job functions.
- Outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a global operating environment, across teams and cultures, with some flexibility vis timezones.
- Alignment with Aristocrat’s mission and values, and a strong dedication to advancing our business and industry.
- Experience in corporate social responsibility, community outreach, consumer support, or similar programs would be an advantage.
- Ability to present to leadership teams, and represent the company externally.
- Flexibility to operate from our central London office 3 days a week.
