You will join us as our new Senior Associate Product Manager here at Product Madness. You will play a vital role in supporting the development and optimization of an existing mobile game, where you will learn the processes and skills needed to be a top Product Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, analyze player behaviour, and help deliver features that maximize engagement, retention, and monetization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build their product management career in the gaming industry.
This role will suit someone at the beginning of their career or looking to move into a product manager role. You do not need to have experience in the gaming industry, however we will be looking for you to have a passion towards gaming. This is a junior level role where you will be given the guidance, support and training to excel your career.
What You'll Do

Generate visions and ideas for a social or mobile game, its market position and features that are engaging and highly monetizable.

Aid with the conversion of ideas to detailed concepts, test them with users and assist on the decision on their implementation – often owning features/optimizations from ideation to delivery.

Learn to create wireframe screens, mockups and user flows for new product features and content.

Gather and synthesize player feedback through surveys, reviews, and in-game data to inform product decisions.

Work with our team of product managers, artists, engineers to learn how to prioritize tasks, manage the roadmap and help ensure implementation is executed.

Learn to define, measure and analyze KPIs and base your priorities/decisions for next steps on metrics.

Performing systematic A/B tests (split testing).

Constantly optimize features post launch for even more engagement and monetization
