What You'll DoCoordinate the full cycle of domestic and international payroll processing for US and global subsidiaries, ensuring flawless execution and compliance.

Provide strategic mentorship to optimize payroll processes for scalability across various regions.

Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing payroll team, encouraging a positive, collaborative environment. Ensure team members are subject matter experts and primary points of contact for payroll inquiries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as P&C leaders, Accounting, Finance, and Audit to align payroll with broader organizational goals.

Engage with collaborators across different time zones to ensure effective communication and execution of business objectives.

Develop and complete strategic plans to scale and optimize global payroll operations. Build and implement internal controls and workflows to guarantee compliance with payroll, tax, and benefits regulations.

Monitor and ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Stay updated on wage laws and regulations to ensure systems align with current standards.

Lead the build and deployment of global payroll systems, ensuring compliance with data security regulations.

Manage complex payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining high service quality.

What We're Looking For10+ years of experience in global payroll management, with a proven track record of success.

Understanding of international, federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with collaborators at all levels.

Experience with payroll system build and implementation, particularly in a global context.

High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide insightful mentorship on payroll matters.

Strong dedication to continuous improvement and innovation in payroll processes.
