You will coordinate cross-functional delivery and lead all aspects of technical interdependencies. You will manage delivery risks and ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality requirements. • Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, achievements, RAID logs, and dependency maps across several engineering groups.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, Product Managers, and Data Engineering teams to coordinate successful execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.

  • Support resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization across concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with security, compliance, governance, and operational requirements.
  • Develop collaboration across geographically distributed engineering teams while promoting accountability and delivery excellence.
What We're Looking For

  • Delivery of enterprise data platforms, analytics platforms, or data engineering solutions.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale platform migrations or modernization initiatives.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and software deployment practices.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles.

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks
