Overview
In this role you will lead Aristocrat's payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring accurate, compliant and scalable processing. You will mentor a global payroll team, partner with cross‑functional leaders, and drive the deployment of modern payroll systems. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands‑on governance to tighten controls and improve efficiency across US and international subsidiaries. Responsibilities
- Coordinate full cycle of domestic and international payroll processing for US and global subsidiaries with flawless execution and compliance
- Mentor, recruit, and lead a high‑performing payroll team and foster a collaborative culture
- Collaborate with P&C, Accounting, Finance, and Audit to align payroll with organizational goals
- Engage with collaborators across time zones to ensure effective communication and execution
- Develop strategic plans to scale and optimize global payroll operations
- Build and implement internal controls and workflows to ensure payroll, tax, and benefits compliance
- Monitor compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll laws and stay updated on wage regulations
- Lead the build and deployment of global payroll systems ensuring data security compliance
- Manage complex payroll inquiries and maintain high service quality
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience in global payroll management
- Understanding of international, federal, state, and local payroll laws
- Strong leadership and people development experience
