We're looking for a Senior Engineer - Python Automation to transform our enterprise organization by automating repetitive processes and advancing our Reporting Center of Excellence standards.
What You'll Do Develop the complete Life Cycle of Automation Solutions from intake through development, debugging, testing, deployment into production, and documentation, following the Reporting Center of Excellence’s standards and governance. and contribute to team training and professional development activities.
Research and develop code to improve existing automations for better performance and sustainability.
Support the Reporting Center of Excellence in advancing both strategic and tactical implementation of solutions to meet organizational automation objectives.
Direct the creation of Python-based and Agentic AI tools aimed at automating extensive repetitive tasks like combining various data sources, producing reports, and system reconciliation.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, encouraging skill development in Python, automation frameworks, and problem-solving techniques.
Research and incorporate new Python libraries and AI tools to improve automation capabilities.
Support proof-of-concept developments for evaluating new AI tools and frameworks for automation efficiency.
What We're Seeking Must have high-level Python skills.
Experience working with a wide range of data sources, including multiple ERP systems and legacy environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.3+ years of experience in Python Development (or MS in above subjects + 0-2 years experience).
Advanced abilities in Python, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Teams).
R, SQL, Java, C++, C#, HTML, Selenium, Power Automate and Co Pilot, Studio for Agent Building, Snowflake or other Data Warehouses, Power BI or any other dashboarding tool, IPA, Anaplan (or similar corporate reporting cube environment), Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
