You will coordinate cross-functional delivery and lead all aspects of technical interdependencies. You will manage delivery risks and ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality requirements. What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives across the Data Platform portfolio.
  • Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, achievements, RAID logs, and dependency maps across several engineering groups.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, Product Managers, and Data Engineering teams to coordinate successful execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning where required.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and proactively identify delivery risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical workstreams alongside engineering and build groups.
  • Coordinate releases across multiple teams, ensuring technical readiness and successful production deployments.
  • Track project health through delivery metrics, achievements, and benchmarks, providing regular status reporting to leadership and steering committees.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, governance, estimation practices, and Agile ways of working.
  • Support resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization across concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with security, compliance, governance, and operational requirements.
  • Develop collaboration across geographically distributed engineering teams while promoting accountability and delivery excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • A demonstrated ability leading technical software delivery, engineering programs, or enterprise technology projects.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering, cloud platforms, data engineering, and architecture teams.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Demonstrated success managing technical dependencies, delivery risks, release planning, and collaborator expectations.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
  • Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools including Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data platform initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Experience within regulated industries or enterprises in SaaS environments is considered an advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • Delivery of enterprise data platforms, analytics platforms, or data engineering solutions.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale platform migrations or modernization initiatives.
