What You'll Do
- Own and grow the Fusion Aggregation revenue stream across new and existing vendors, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify new vendor opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers. Lead commercial negotiations with partners and operators to improve revenue potential.
- Coordinate the (non-technical) onboarding of new vendors. Liaise with Delivery and Integration teams to develop and manage clear launch plans, timelines, and operator rollouts.
- Support sales teams by gathering and providing all necessary commercial, technical, and compliance information required for RFPs and new business pitches.
- Manage large volumes of partner accounts, including day-to-day operations, new market entries, and coordination of new vendor connections.
- Assist with commercial negotiations alongside sales to help secure new deals and partnerships.
- Manage vendor customer concerns and potential game or commercial issues efficiently and collaboratively.
- Maintain and grow strong, strategic relationships with existing and prospective vendors. Conduct regular check-ins via calls, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure vendors satisfy all regulatory and contractual requirements. Ensure commercial agreements are accurately completed, stored, and followed.
- Act as the internal voice of our vendor partners. Ensure excellent service delivery across departments and facilitate direct communications between vendors and operators when needed.
- Support vendors in the delivery and optimisation of promotional and commercial plans to drive performance across Pariplay’s customer base.
- Maintain an organised backlog of vendor needs and requests. Prioritise and communicate these clearly with internal collaborators such as Product, Delivery, and Compliance teams.
- Assist the Director of Partnerships in crafting and accomplishing a scalable, long-term vendor relationship strategy that aligns with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial/account management role within a relevant digital or online sector.
- Minimum 3 years of iGaming industry experience, ideally within a B2B aggregation or operator environment.
- Demonstrated achievement in negotiating and finalizing agreements within the iGaming sector.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a commercial portfolio, with consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Experience building senior-level relationships across internal and external collaborators.
- Prior experience working within an iGaming operator is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Commercially driven and KPI-focused, with a strong analytical approach.
- Confident negotiator with a deep understanding of B2B contractual frameworks and commercial terms.
- Familiarity with legal/compliance aspects of vendor agreements in regulated markets.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Oriented toward customers, professional, and diplomatic in dealing with both internal and external communications.
- Technically proficient; able to work closely with product and tech teams without being hands-on.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident in crafting and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
