As a Lead Art Director, you will be the driving force behind elevating artistic quality, inspiring peers, and shaping the creative vision that defines our games. This role demands a visionary who can influence, guide, and challenge the team to deliver world‑class visuals—without formal line management responsibilities. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams and project leadership to ensure every game is visually stunning, cohesive, and commercially impactful. A key part of this role is working closely with our studio teams in India—directing art for the games they build and fostering strong collaboration across geographies.
What You’ll Do
- Champion Artistic Excellence: Set and uphold the highest standards of visual quality across all projects, ensuring consistency and innovation in the management of artistic vision.
- Define Creative Vision: Establish clear artistic style guides and visual standards that align with brand and product goals.
- Influence and Inspire: Act as a creative catalyst—providing feedback, guidance, and thought leadership that elevates the work of the entire art team, including remote studio teams.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with project managers and cross‑functional leads to align art direction with timelines, priorities, and commercial objectives, while building strong relationships with teams across the globe to ensure seamless execution.
