A highly strategic and commercially aware Executive Assistant providing dedicated support to the CEO and COO, operating as a trusted partner within the Interactive Leadership team. This role extends well beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, requiring strong discernment, judgement, and the ability to operate as an extension of the executives. The role is critical in maximising the effectiveness of the CEO and COO – protecting time, shaping priorities, and driving alignment across the organisation.

The successful candidate will act as both gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring focus on the highest-value activities while enabling efficient execution of strategic priorities. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role within Interactive Leadership, offering direct exposure to executive decision-making, developing plans for growth, and organisational leadership.

What Success Looks Like:

  • CEO & COO are optimally leveraged - time is ruthlessly prioritised, with focus consistently on the highest-value strategic activities.
  • Interactive Leadership operates with clarity and rhythm - meetings are purposeful, well-prepared, and drive clear outcomes and accountability.
  • The Executive Assistant acts as a true extension of leadership - anticipating needs, shaping priorities, and enabling faster, better decision-making.
  • Partner engagement is seamless and effective - internal and external interactions are well-managed, professional, and impactful.
  • Key events and external engagements are delivered flawlessly – CEO and COO presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums is highly organised and dedicated to meaningful impact.
  • Information flow is curated and actionable - executives receive the right information at the right time, in a clear and concise format.
  • Operational friction is minimised - issues are anticipated and resolved proactively, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
  • The role evolves beyond support into strategic impact - increasing ownership of initiatives, influencing outcomes, and contributing to broader business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Executive Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and COO, supporting prioritisation, decision‑making, and execution of strategic objectives. Provide leverage to the executives by filtering, synthesising, and elevating key information to support effective leadership. Maintain a strong understanding of business priorities, ensuring alignment of time, focus, and outcomes. Find opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and operating rhythm across the Interactive Leadership system.
  • Executive Support & Time Optimisation: Provide comprehensive, high‑level support to the CEO and COO, ensuring their time is strategically allocated and aligned to business priorities. Act as a primary gatekeeper, handling competing demands and protecting executive bandwidth. Proactively manage sophisticated calendars, across global time zones, ensuring efficient scheduling across internal and external collaborators. Anticipate needs and prepare executives for meetings, briefings, and key decision forums.
  • Coordination & Operational Effectiveness: Drive coordination of leadership activities, ensuring alignment across central initiatives and key business priorities. Coordinate executive communications, including drafting high‑quality correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials. Ensure seamless execution against all Board, ESC, Investor, and senior team member meetings, including agenda shaping (where appropriate) and follow‑through. Track actions and outcomes from leadership meetings, holding partners accountable and ensuring delivery.
  • Events & External Engagement: Support the CEO and COO at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences, including end‑to‑end planning and on‑site coordination. Orchestrate sophisticated event schedules and collaborator engagement plans to improve external impact. Prepare high‑quality briefing materials and ensure alignment on objectives and messaging. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of executive presence at major events.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of coordination between Interactive Leadership and senior internal/external partners. Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation to enable efficient decision‑making and execution. Operate with a high degree of discretion, managing sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.
  • Administrative Excellence: Deliver best‑in‑class administrative support, including travel, logistics, and expense management. Maintain robust systems and processes to ensure smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations. Continuously find opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience supporting CEO, COO, or equivalent C‑suite executives in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic partner, not just a traditional Executive Assistant.
  • Strong business insight, with the ability to understand and align to organisational priorities.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with a focus on impact and outcomes.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders at external events, conferences, or trade shows.
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and operate with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior team members.
  • High levels of discretion, judgement, and emotional intelligence.

Travel Expectations: Up to 25%.
