We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies across SEO, PPC, and Social Paid Campaigns to optimise brand visibility, drive traffic to our websites, and increase conversions. Additionally, the Performance Marketing Manager will oversee analytics to measure and optimise campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
1) Develop and Implement SEO Strategy:
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimisation to enhance organic search rankings.
- Optimise website content, structure, and technical aspects for improved search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
2) Manage PPC Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management to maximise ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, A/B test ad creatives, and implement optimisation strategies.
3) Lead Social Paid Campaigns:
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Create compelling ad content, targeting strategies, and budget allocation to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
4) Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimisation.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to accurately measure ROI and attribution across marketing channels.
5) Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with our cross-functional teams to align strategies and goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on campaign performance and market trends.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEO and PPC.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices. Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Excellent communication skills and an understanding of EDI.
