Who You’ll Work With
We are looking for our future sales stars and have a career opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in Arista and join us on our journey. You will be comfortable working independently and for this role we need the right candidate in the UK. Your role will be to seek out and identify new opportunities for a defined product set within the Arista portfolio. You will be well structured and driven and able to identify target customers and engage successfully with stakeholders to qualify opportunities and to drive them forward to ultimately close the deal. You will also support a number of sales people within the UK for quote generation, assisting during event planning and lead capture as well as lead generation.
Ideally you will have some exposure already to the Information Technology sector and already have an understanding of Networking and Data Centres. This is a revenue generating and sales coordination role. In return the right candidates will benefit from an exceptional opportunity and fantastic career progression within Arista.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and qualify new lead opportunities to drive increased revenue opportunity in specific target vertical markets.
- Build relationships with specific channel partners who are relevant to your accounts and opportunities.
- Support channel partners with daily tasks, pricing and quotes.
- Accurate management of leads, opportunities and associated data via the CRM tool – Salesforce.com (SFDC) and update all activity within SFDC.
- Assist the sales team with quote generation and paperwork for internal processes.
- Assist with organizing and planning events and lead capture.
- Develop, learn and communicate specific sales propositions to end user customers.
- Attainment of all set targets and achievement of KPI’s.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company.
- Joint strategic and tactical planning with your manager.
- Provide all other tasks associated with account management.
- Manage the end to end sales cycle on opportunities.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- 18 months+ proven sales track record within an inside sales role ideally within the Tech Industry – ideally within security, networking or hardware.
- SFDC/Salesforce.com knowledge advantageous.
- Must be a motivated self-starter and be able to deal with ambiguity.
- Structured and highly organized.
- Focused and high energy/output.
- Excellent communicator.
- Goal orientated with the ability and desire to exceed targets and KPI’s.
- Self-confident with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Keep up-to-date with technology partner solutions, competing solutions and competitor strategies.
