Your Role: Making Health Happen
As a Private GP, you will deliver comprehensive primary care consultations and detailed health assessments for private patients across our Cheltenham and Swindon clinics. You’ll be part of a national network of highly skilled GPs known for outstanding clinical standards and exceptional patient satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering face-to-face GP consultations and private health assessments.
- Providing safe, evidence-based clinical care in line with the highest standards of good medical practice.
- Participating in clinical meetings, training sessions, and continuing professional development.
- Contributing to annual clinical reviews and competency assessments.
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives, including audits and service development.
- Offering guidance and expertise to colleagues across the clinical and administrative teams.
You’ll have the time to listen, explore patient needs in depth, and build strong, trusted relationships—leading to better outcomes and greater job satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate GP who brings:
- GMC GP registration and licence to practise.
- A patient-centred approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, caring, and professional manner with patients and colleagues.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Level 3 Adult & Child Safeguarding training.
- Membership of a Medical Defence Organisation.
- Solid experience in general practice with sound clinical decision-making abilities.
- IT proficiency including MS Office, electronic patient records, and e-prescribing.
- Commitment to ongoing CPD, appraisal, and revalidation requirements.
