Position Summary

Aris Global is seeking a Product Lead to bring XDI, its Decision Intelligence product, from concept through customer validation, initial release and scale.

The role will own day-to-day product execution for the first standalone XDI application, beginning with PV Operational

Intelligence: a cockpit/workspace that makes operational intelligence visible, explainable and actionable.

Working under the strategic and commercial ownership of the GM of Nava X, the Product Lead will translate the XDI vision into buyer problems, personas, use cases, product journeys, roadmap, MVP scope and measurable outcomes.

The role will work closely with customers, Product Design, the XDI Principal Data Architect and the engineering POD to create a scalable enterprise Saa S product with a differentiated semantic and knowledge core.

This is a customer-facing, zero-to-one product role.

It requires the ability to balance immediate market delivery with the longer-term development of reusable XDI intelligence across applications, agents and life-sciences domains.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day product execution for XDI under the strategic and commercial direction of the General manager of Nava X.
  • Define target buyers, personas, priority decisions, user journeys and use cases.
  • Lead customer discovery and prototype validation with senior life-sciences stakeholders.
  • Translate validated customer problems into product roadmap, MVP scope, backlog and acceptance criteria.
  • Own the first PV Operational Intelligence application from concept through release and adoption.
  • Define measurable customer and product outcomes.
  • Work with Product Design to create operating, investigation, evidence, recommendation and action experiences.
  • Work with the Principal Data Architect and engineering POD to balance application delivery with reusable semantic, knowledge and intelligence capabilities.
  • Maintain clear boundaries between XDI, Nava X Agents, Life Sphere workflows and customer systems.
  • Distinguish core product requirements from configurable extensions and customer-specific deployment needs.
  • Ensure learning from lighthouse customers and forward-deployed work is converted into reusable product capability.
  • Support packaging, pricing, positioning and go-to-market readiness.
  • Monitor Decision Intelligence, enterprise AI and relevant competitive developments.
  • Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Services, Sales, Marketing and strategic partners.
  • Required Skills
  • Demonstrable zero-to-one product creation .
  • Customer discovery and hypothesis-driven validation.
  • Commercial awareness: packaging, value proposition, measurable outcomes and adoption.
  • Productising analytical or data-intensive capabilities.
  • Enterprise operational or decision-support applications
  • Strong ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Methodical, with strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Required Experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in enterprise Saa S organizations and/or a regulated industry . Life sciences beneficial but not mandatory.

Proven experience with Decision Intelligence (DI) or advanced analytics platforms , with a track record of productizing frameworks that augment or automate complex decision-making.

Familiarity or direct experience with Agentic AI, autonomous workflows, or LLM orchestration frameworks

(e. g., building or configuring intelligent, self-directing AI features).

Strong technical literacy in Data Science concepts ; comfortable collaborating with data scientists on data modeling, and model validation.

  • Experience defining MVPs and moving from prototype to production.
  • Experience managing configurable products without allowing bespoke customer work to fragment the roadmap.
  • Experience working with senior enterprise buyers.
  • Experience with bringing functional and technical concepts together.
