Position Summary
The Events Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of events across a global portfolio. This role is suited to a highly organised and proactive individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience delivering professional events within a fast-paced, international environment. Day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating event logistics, supporting budget tracking, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all events align with organisational objectives, brand standards, and commercial goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of corporate events, conferences, meetings, and networking events
- Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, registrations, delegate communications, catering, AV, and on-site materials
- Maintain event timelines, checklists, and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and venues under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- Support on-site event delivery, including registration desks and delegate management
- Coordinate event communications, invitations, and follow-up emails
- Collect post-event feedback and assist with reporting and evaluation
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness to travel worldwide on short notice
Desirable:
- 1-2+ years of experience or internship in events or marketing
- Familiarity with event registration platforms or CRM systems
- Experience supporting exhibitions
Qualifications
Degree or qualification in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
