Suitable candidates can be Intermediate, Senior or Associate Level.
They have sufficient workload to strengthen the team with a number of key appointments.

The business is continuing to grow and is looking for ambitious Quantity Surveyors to play a key role within the Cost Management team, working closely with clients across the South East.

The Role Within the Quantity Surveying team, you will offer clients a range of services including; Feasibility studies and development appraisal Cost planning and estimating Value engineering Tender evaluation and negotiation Contract administration, variations and valuations Final account negotiation Bank monitoring These positions offer a genuine long-term career opportunity within an independently owned consultancy that values collaboration, quality, and professional development.
Candidates at Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor level will work with the Directors and take on some responsibility for mentoring and management of the team.
