We are working with an established commercial and residential property consultancy in Kent that is looking for a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who wants to gain broad, practical experience across both commercial and residential property, while working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to supporting your development.

You’ll receive structured training and support towards achieving RICS Chartered Surveyor status, giving you the opportunity to build a strong professional foundation and progress your career within an established property business.

The Role

  • Commercial property management and landlord and tenant matters.
  • Project Management of construction projects.
  • Rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Commercial and residential property inspections.
  • Property valuations and valuation support.
  • Lease advisory work.
  • Assisting with acquisitions, disposals and general property advice.
  • Preparing reports, comparable evidence and market research.
  • Attending client meetings, property inspections and site visits.
  • Working closely with senior surveyors and directors on a range of instructions.
  • Developing relationships with clients and other property professionals.

The variety of work means no two days will be the same, giving you the opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding of property and surveying early in your career.

We're keen to hear from graduates who are enthusiastic about building a career in surveying and property.

Ideally, you will have

  • A degree in Real Estate, Property, Surveying or a related RICS-accredited subject, or be due to graduate shortly.
  • A genuine interest in both commercial and residential property.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional and confident approach when dealing with clients.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Currently living within 1 hour of the office location.

Previous property experience is advantageous but not essential.
