Suitable candidates can be Intermediate, Senior or Associate Level.
They have sufficient workload to strengthen the team with a number of key appointments.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality Cost Management, Project Management, CDM and Building Surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects.
The business is continuing to grow and is looking for ambitious Quantity Surveyors to play a key role within the Cost Management team, working closely with clients across the South East.

The Role
- Within the Quantity Surveying team, you will offer clients a range of services including;
- Feasibility studies and development appraisal
- Cost planning and estimating
- Value engineering
- Tender evaluation and negotiation
- Contract administration, variations and valuations
- Final account negotiation
- Bank monitoring

Candidates at Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor level will work with the Directors and take on some responsibility for mentoring and management of the team.

Requirements
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or surveying practice
- MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership
- Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration
- Knowledge of JCT and ideally NEC contracts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
