The team is growing and they’re on the lookout for an experienced, enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to get involved in a varied workload. Projects range from local authority schemes and new-build commercial developments, through to private residential projects and medium-scale multi-unit housing for established local developers — so no two days look the same.
What the successful Architectural Technologist will be doing:
- Working across the later RIBA stages, with a strong technical focus
- Producing detailed technical and working drawing packages
- Collaborating with a friendly, experienced project team
- Using AutoCAD or REVIT on a daily basis to deliver well-coordinated designs
What they’re looking for:
- A relevant degree in Architectural Technology / Architecture
- At least 2 years’ experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Strong post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Confident AutoCAD and REVIT skills
- Good, up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the planning process
- Strong technical ability from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
- ACIAT or MCIAT accreditation would be a bonus, but is not essential
