With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, our client is looking to strengthen its Cost Management team. The Role As part of the Cost Management team, you will work closely with a broad range of clients across the South East, delivering professional quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: * Feasibility studies and development appraisals * Cost planning and estimating * Value engineering * Tender preparation, evaluation, and negotiation * Contract administration * Management of variations and valuations * Final account negotiation * Bank monitoring You will have the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects while developing your technical expertise and building strong client relationships within a supportive and collaborative team.
