With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, our client is looking to strengthen its Cost Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy renowned for delivering high-quality Cost Management, Project Management, CDM, and Building Surveying services across a diverse range of sectors. The Role As part of the Cost Management team, you will work closely with a broad range of clients across the South East, delivering professional quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: * Feasibility studies and development appraisals * Cost planning and estimating * Value engineering * Tender preparation, evaluation, and negotiation * Contract administration * Management of variations and valuations * Final account negotiation * Bank monitoring You will have the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects while developing your technical expertise and building strong client relationships within a supportive and collaborative team.
