The Building Surveyor Role
You'll play a key role in delivering a broad range of projects across the region, alongside providing high-quality professional services to both new and existing clients. The position offers real variety, working across both private and public sector schemes. You will be involved in:
- Project delivery and client management across multiple sectors
- Contract Administration and/or Employer's Agent roles
- Delivery of professional services including:
- Level 3 Building Surveys
- Dilapidations
- Party Wall matters
- Defect diagnosis and investigations
About You
We're looking for a forward-thinking and adaptable Building Surveyor who is confident in managing projects and delivering professional services. You should be comfortable working with a range of clients and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You will either already be a chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or part way through your APC and looking to obtain your professional qualification.
