Salary: Up to £42,000 DOE Hybrid Working – 2 Days from Home Arise Recruit is working with a well-established and design-led architectural practice in East Sussex that is looking to add a talented Architect to its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative studio delivering a wide range of projects across:

THE ROLE - ARCHITECT You will

  • Support projects through all RIBA work stages
  • Produce technical drawing packages and specifications
  • Deliver detailed Stage 4 technical information
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations
  • Work across multiple live projects simultaneously WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • ARB Registered Architects with ideally 1 to 3 years post qualification experience.
  • Strong technical detailing ability
  • Good knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Professional experience using Revit
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
