Hybrid Working – 2 Days from Home

Arise Recruit is working with a well-established and design-led architectural practice in East Sussex that is looking to add a talented Architect to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative studio delivering a wide range of projects across:

  • Residential (private & volume housing)
  • Commercial
  • Education
  • Sport & Leisure
  • Community Developments

You’ll be joining a supportive team with strong opportunities for career progression, client exposure, and involvement across all RIBA stages.

THE ROLE - ARCHITECT

You will:

  • Support projects through all RIBA work stages
  • Produce technical drawing packages and specifications
  • Deliver detailed Stage 4 technical information
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations
  • Work across multiple live projects simultaneously

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • ARB Registered Architects
  • Strong technical detailing ability
  • Good knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, or Vectorworks
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team
