Arise Recruit is working with a leading housebuilder, known for delivering high-quality homes and creating well-designed communities across the South East. With a strong pipeline of new sites launching and some large sites up and running, we are looking to appoint Site Managers at different levels – both Assistant Site Managers and Site Managers – to join their growing production teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, stable, and successful developer at an exciting period of expansion. The business has multiple new developments due to commence, offering both immediate site leadership roles and longer-term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site operations from groundworks through to handover.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient progress and adherence to programme.
- Maintain site health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
- Ensure homes are completed to NHBC and company quality standards.
- Support and mentor junior team members (for Senior/lead roles).
- Build positive working relationships with technical, commercial, and customer care teams.
What We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated long-term, stable employment histories with other major housebuilders and can show a strong record of delivery and progression.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering volume residential developments.
- Strong technical knowledge of new build housing.
- A focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
- Ambition to grow within a structured, supportive PLC environment.
