A well-established private practice in Brighton and Hove is looking to strengthen its Building Surveying team with the addition of a talented and motivated Building Surveyor. The Building Surveyor Role

You'll play a key role in delivering a broad range of projects across the region, alongside providing high-quality professional services to both new and existing clients. The position offers real variety, working across both private and public sector schemes. You will be involved in:

  • Project delivery and client management across multiple sectors.
  • Contract Administration and/or Employer's Agent roles.
  • Delivery of professional services including:
    • Level 3 Building Surveys.
    • Dilapidations.
    • Party Wall matters.
    • Defect diagnosis and investigations.

About You

We're looking for a forward-thinking and adaptable Building Surveyor who is confident in managing projects and delivering professional services. You should be comfortable working with a range of clients and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You will either already be a chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or part way through your APC and looking to obtain your professional qualification.
