Business Development Manager - Remote - Permanent
A fast growing modular building company (MMC) is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to work hand in hand with the CEO and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new business with ambitious plans, strong financial backing and the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of the company.
Alongside a strong basic salary, the successful Business Development Manager will receive generous commission (OTE £60k commission + salary) and genuine long term progression opportunities.
We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager with a strong background in modular construction and permanent offsite structure solutions.
Applicants must have previously worked for a recognised player within the modular or offsite construction sector and have a track record of winning work and generating pipeline opportunities.
The Role
- Developing and winning new business opportunities
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Generating work through existing contacts and new client relationships
- Managing client relationships across the full sales cycle
- Identifying framework opportunities and securing new projects
- Representing the business in a client facing capacity

- Ideally living within 2.5 hours travelling time from East Sussex

- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to winning work
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Self motivated and comfortable working remotely
