Arise Recruit are working with a great East Sussex based Main Contractor, who are looking to employ an additional Contracts Manager due to an increased workload and future pipeline of projects. We are looking for a Contracts Manager with considerable JCT D&B experience leading new build projects. The company are primarily involved in the new build social housing sector.
The successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for 2-3 live projects in the Sussex area, and alongside the senior leadership team will be responsible for budget control, programming, mitigating risk, liaising with clients, ensuring health and safety requirements are met, and ultimately supporting the site teams to deliver successful projects.
Requirements:
- A suitable construction qualification such as HNC/HND/BSc
- CSCS
- Full UK Drivers License
- Proven experience managing JCT D&B Contracts
- Understanding of Brownfield sites and their complexities
- 3+ years experience in a Contracts or Project Management position
- Experience using Asta Powerproject (Desirable)
