Arise Recruit is delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice in Cambridge, renowned for its innovative designs and diverse project portfolio. We are supporting them in their search for Architects, though they are equally keen to meet talented Technologists and Part II Architectural Assistants who want to join their established Cambridge team. This practice operates collaboratively with other regional offices across the UK and offers the chance to work on a wide range of exciting projects across sectors including commercial, private and volume residential, education, sport, and community developments.
The Role
- Support the design and development of projects across all RIBA stages.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit.
- Manage construction stages, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building regulations.
- Communicate confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Balance and prioritise work across multiple projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- ARB Registered
- Proven design and technical detailing experience (Stages 3-5), with a strong understanding of on-site processes.
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
