A fast growing modular building company is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new business with ambitious plans, strong financial backing and the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of the company. We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager with a strong background in modular construction and permanent offsite structure solutions. Candidates must have previously worked for a recognised market leader within the modular or offsite construction sector and have a track record of winning work and generating pipeline opportunities.

The Role

  • Developing and winning new business opportunities
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Generating work through existing contacts and new client relationships
  • Managing client relationships across the full sales cycle
  • Identifying framework opportunities and securing new projects
  • Representing the business in a client facing capacity
  • Working closely with senior leadership to support company growth
