Arise Recruit is delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice in East Sussex renowned for its innovative designs and diverse project portfolio, and we are seeking Architects and Architectural Technicians. We are supporting them in their search for Technical Architects and Architectural Technicians, though they are equally keen to meet talented Part II Architectural Assistants who want to join their established team.
This practice operates collaboratively with other regional offices across the UK and offers the chance to work on a wide range of exciting projects across sectors including commercial, private and volume residential, education, sport, and community developments.
The Role
- Support the design and development of projects across all RIBA stages.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Manage construction stages, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building regulations.
- Communicate confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Balance and prioritise work across multiple projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Architects / Technicians – RIBA / ARB or CIAT membership.
- Proven technical detailing experience (Stage 4), with a strong understanding of on-site processes.
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in Revit is desired, but candidates who have previously used AutoCAD or Vectorworks would also be considered, as training is available.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
