Arise Recruit is excited to be working with an inspiring architectural practice in Rugby, renowned for its innovative designs and diverse project portfolio. We are supporting this company and searching for a talented technical Architect or Architectural Technician to join their established team of around 12 staff. Offering a competitive salary of £40 – 50k (dependent upon experience), this role provides the chance to work on an array of exciting projects. The practice carries out a lot of work with leading hotel chains and elite sports organisations, delivering diverse projects across these sectors. In addition to the sports and leisure work they have domestic extensions, new build residential projects ranging from one to 50+ units, new build schools and community-based projects. Architects / Architectural Technicians can be assured of a varied workload and the freedom to run their projects. Key Responsibilities * Support the design and development of projects across all stages. * Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and REVIT. * Manage construction stages, with good knowledge of design specifications and building regulations. * Comfortable in dialogue with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver high-standard projects. * Comfortable working on more than one project at once. Architect / Architectural Technician – Skills and Qualifications * RIBA / ARB or CIAT Membership * Proven Stage 4 technical detailing of projects with a strong understanding of on-site processes. * In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and standards. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT * Good oral and written communication skills and capable of liaising effectively with clients, consultants and contractors. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
