The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, stable, and successful developer at an exciting period of expansion. The business has multiple new developments due to commence, offering both immediate site leadership roles and longer-term progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient progress and adherence to programme.
  • Maintain site health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
  • Ensure homes are completed to NHBC and company quality standards.
  • Support and mentor junior team members (for Senior/lead roles).
  • Build positive working relationships with technical, commercial, and customer care teams.

What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated long-term, stable employment histories with other major housebuilders and can show a strong record of delivery and progression.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering volume residential developments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of new build housing.
  • A focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
  • Ambition to grow within a structured, supportive PLC environment.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £70k, dependent on level and experience.
  • Car allowance, performance bonus, and extensive benefits package.
