This is a rare opportunity for an Assistant Estimator looking to build a long-term career in estimating, with structured mentorship and a clearly defined progression path.
The Role

- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documents
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
- Supporting take-offs and measurement exercises
- Helping to build accurate and competitive tenders
- Working closely with experienced estimators and the wider project team
You’ll gain exposure to a diverse project portfolio including heritage restorations, local authority works, and high-end residential builds.
Training & Development
This role is designed as a long-term career pathway:
- Direct mentorship from two experienced Senior Estimators
- Structured, hands-on training over a 3–5 year period
- Full exposure to the estimating function from enquiry to tender submission
