As a Support Worker at Arise Housing, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents' personal growth and well-being. You will provide practical assistance, guidance, and emotional support, helping tenants develop life skills and maintain their independence in a secure, supportive environment. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility between on-site visits and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly support sessions with each tenant to monitor progress and provide guidance on personal goals.
- Assist residents with life skills development, such as budgeting, cooking, and maintaining their living space.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support sessions and tenant progress.
- Identify and address any safeguarding concerns promptly, following company procedures.
- Support tenants with employment readiness, including job applications, CV writing, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and social services to ensure comprehensive support.
