We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Aris who’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth across the UK market. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers, partnering closely with Account Executives to create new revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a long-term career in B2B sales.

Essential functions:

  • Prospect into target accounts across EMEA via cold calling, email, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies tailored to North American buyer
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize messaging and campaigns for regional markets
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for meetings set and pipeline generated

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong phone presence and confidence engaging with UK business stakeholders
  • Highly driven, competitive, and resilient mindset
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Orum, Outreach) is a plus
