We are currently looking for a Head of Content & Customer Advocacy, based in UK, to join our ARIS Global Marketing team.
Responsibilities- Own the content strategy for ARIS. Build compelling marketing content to be used in our internal and external communications to drive brand awareness, education and engagement in the sales funnel.
- Partner with other internal content creators and evangelists to produce a high volume of quality content that speaks to our target personas within our target industries and accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and agencies to improve our social media and website content to accelerate engagement with ARIS.
- Experiment with different content formats (video, social, editorial etc) to increase engagement of our target audience.
- Map different content types to the sales funnel to increase conversion rates at each stage.
- Plan, write and execute ongoing customer and prospect communications, such as newsletters, webinars, social posts and other content forms to improve positive sentiment of the brand and inform about the latest ARIS news.
- Take ownership of the customer contact program to engage our three targets persona segments: C-level, Line of Business owners and users.
- Take ownership of the ambassador program (VoC) to connect our happiest customers to advocacy opportunities, such as speaking slots, interviews, social posts, case studies and PR opportunities.
- Take action to improve our presence on review platforms, such as G2 and Peer Insights.
- Manage and grow our network of advocates across our key persona segments, across different industries and different geographies.
- Maintain and develop our referenceable database of customer stories and find new formats and channels to share them with our target audience.
- Develop personal relationships with key customers to run customer research, access senior leadership CAB events and connect with other colleagues to help with insight, beta testing or to act as a sounding board.
- 10 yrs+ experience in brand and/or content marketing roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrable success in defining, building and launching a content strategy across internal and external communication channels to drive positive commercial outcomes.
- Experience in improving SEO performance for a SaaS corporate and community website.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce varying formats of high-quality content.
- Prior experience scaling a customer reference program in a B2B SaaS company.
- Data-driven, able to measure content and program effectiveness and optimize continuously.
- Confident user of marketing platforms, such as Marketo, Wordpress, SEO platforms, content creation platforms and project management tools.
