ARIS is a Process Intelligence company that helps organizations discover, create, and transform their processes to deliver measurable business outcomes and scale AI with confidence. It combines process design, real execution insight, and AI-driven optimization in a single, integrated platform-enabling organizations to build a governed digital twin of their operations, understand how work actually happens, and continuously deliver value across the enterprise.

We are currently seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to join ARIS in the UK. In this role, you will define and deliver the next generation of the ARIS product portfolio, focusing on end-to-end value creation—from process transparency and analysis to actionable insights and execution. You will operate at the intersection of AI, process intelligence, and enterprise transformation, helping shape ARIS as the control layer for agentic process execution, where humans, systems, and AI agents operate in a coordinated and governed way.

Your work will directly impact how leading enterprises run their core operations, driving measurable outcomes in efficiency, compliance, and business performance.

Essential Functions
  • Define and execute product strategies that deliver measurable customer and business impact, including adoption, retention, cost reduction, and process performance improvements.
  • Translate the shift toward AI-native and agentic process execution into concrete product capabilities, identifying where LLMs, AI agents, and automation can create real enterprise value.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap aligned with customer value, OKRs, and strategic priorities, focusing on end-to-end outcomes rather than individual features.
  • Ensure ARIS delivers tangible improvements in how customers operate their processes, connecting insights, decision-making, and execution into measurable results.
  • Engage directly with global enterprise customers across industries such as banking, manufacturing, and pharma to understand their processes, challenges, and transformation goals.
  • Translate customer insights into scalable product capabilities that address real-world operational and strategic needs.
  • Leverage modern product discovery approaches, including prototyping, experimentation, and AI-assisted design, to rapidly explore and validate ideas.
  • Use product analytics and usage data to continuously refine product decisions and prioritize investments.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to translate strategy into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure high-quality product delivery across distributed teams and locations.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, including ERP transformation, AI agents, process mining, and automation platforms, and incorporate these into product strategy.
  • Position ARIS as a leader in process intelligence and agentic operations, representing the product in customer discussions, presentations, and strategic engagements.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven track record of driving product impact and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with AI-driven products, LLMs, or automation platforms, either hands-on or at a strategic level.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, BPM, process mining, or enterprise systems such as ERP and workflow platforms.
  • Experience operating in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clear product decisions.
  • Experience with modern product discovery methods, including prototyping, experimentation, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with global enterprise customers across industries such as banking, manufacturing, or pharma.
  • Exposure to process intelligence, governance, risk and compliance, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience contributing to thought leadership, customer-facing engagements, or strategic product positioning.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Familiarity with enterprise UX challenges in complex B2B platforms.
