Join Arion Care! Arion Care Solutions is hiring compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community-based support for individuals receiving IDLA (Individually Designed Living Arrangement) services. DSPs help members build daily living skills, increase independence, and achieve their personal goals through personalized, one-on-one support.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Eligible for an Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Minimum 3 months of experience assisting with personal care.

Responsibilities
- Support individuals in home and community settings to develop self-help, social, and adaptive skills.
- Teach life skills such as hygiene, cooking, and budgeting.
- Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, toileting, eating).
- Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
- Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
- Respond appropriately in emergencies.
