Join Arion Care! Arion Care Solutions is hiring compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community-based support for individuals receiving IDLA (Individually Designed Living Arrangement) services. DSPs help members build daily living skills, increase independence, and achieve their personal goals through personalized, one-on-one support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Eligible for an Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Minimum 3 months of experience assisting with personal care.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals in home and community settings to develop self-help, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Teach life skills such as hygiene, cooking, and budgeting.
  • Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, toileting, eating).
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities.
  • Assist with medication reminders.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
  • Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
  • Respond appropriately in emergencies.
