At Aries Global, we're driven by a singular ambition - to build one of the world's truly exceptional software groups. Our mission is simple: we don't just acquire companies - we build enduring, AI-native software platforms. We partner with founders who have built great products and help them unlock their next chapter through our AI-native operating system, centralised GTM engine, and world-class execution capabilities.

We bring together exceptional operators, product builders, and leaders - people who insist on the highest standards and excel in a culture of fast pace, focused execution, and deep ownership. We're hiring at all levels: from early-career engineers to seasoned technical leaders. What matters is how you think, build, and ship.

You'll take end-to-end ownership of features from architecture design to measurable impact - shipping code that directly moves revenue, retention, or product velocity. You'll design clean abstractions in ambiguous environments, evolve systems into scalable AI-native platforms, and make strong trade-offs between velocity and durability. You'll use Ruby, Python, TypeScript to build and improve a high-performance platform - designing APIs, data models, and integrations that scale.

If you're frontend-leaning: you'll use React and TypeScript to build smooth user experiences that handle real-time data. Either way, you'll collaborate directly with product and commercial teams to shape what gets built, not just how.

You've built and shipped real systems. You understand data modelling, API design, system trade-offs, testing, and reliability. You're strong in at least one modern stack - full-stack ability is a big plus. You're AI-native. You're actively exploring LLM workflows, AI tooling, automation, or developer productivity improvements. You see AI as a force multiplier, not a buzzword. Exposure to multiple software platforms and business models.

How to prepare for a job interview at Aries Global

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Aries Global uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
