Overview
About Aries Aries is a rapidly-scaling, founder-led group of profitable software companies operating at the heart of the $50B+ cloud ecosystem. We unify niche B2B SaaS businesses under a shared AI and growth platform — unlocking visibility, velocity, and value across our portfolio.
With a permanent capital base and approximately $200M invested annually, we’re building a new model for software scale — focused on long-term value, not short-term hype.
The Role We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build and automate outbound sales systems across our portfolio. This is a technical growth role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, ops, and engineering. You’ll design workflows, connect tools, and build scalable systems that power lead generation and outbound at 0-1 SaaS companies. Think: part automation architect, part growth hacker, part sales technologist. You’ll work directly with founders and early sales teams to deliver practical GTM infrastructure — fast.
Key Responsibilities
-
Design and implement outbound campaign systems using tools like Apollo, Clearbit, HubSpot, and Zapier
-
Work closely with product & AI teams
-
Automate lead enrichment, list building, CRM updates, and engagement workflows
-
Integrate data sources (e.g., LinkedIn, web scraping, enrichment APIs) into campaign-ready pipelines
-
Build internal tools, scripts, or lightweight apps to improve GTM execution and visibility
-
Collaborate with sales and marketing operators to translate strategy into tooling
-
Document reusable playbooks, code snippets, and systems for use across the Aries platform
About You
-
2–5+ years of experience in sales engineering, growth ops, or similar technical GTM roles
-
Proficient with modern sales and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make)
-
Strong working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or low-code platforms)
-
Able to move fast and iterate — from prototype to production in days, not months
-
Strong communicator who can bridge GTM and technical teams
-
Based in London, with flexibility to work from our office several days per week
Bonus Experience
-
Experience supporting early-stage or founder-led sales teams
-
Background in data engineering, scripting, or workflow automation
-
Familiarity with enrichment tools (e.g., Clearbit, People Data Labs, Phantombuster) and web scraping techniques
Why Aries
-
Build high-impact systems across a portfolio of ambitious SaaS companies
-
Operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with founders and operators
-
Develop and scale the GTM stack that powers multi-million-dollar growth engines
-
Competitive compensation and equity aligned with the scale of your work
