About Aries: At Aries Global, we're driven by a singular ambition - to build one of the world's truly exceptional software groups. A high-performing culture where we're able to deliver transformative value to our group, and a place where every team member can demonstrate autonomous impact in a highly collaborative environment. Our mission is simple: we don't just acquire companies - we build enduring, AI-native software platforms. We partner with founders who have built great products and help them unlock their next chapter through our AI-native operating system, centralised GTM engine, and world-class execution capabilities. We bring together exceptional operators, product builders, and leaders - people who insist on the highest standards and excel in a culture of fast pace, focused execution, and deep ownership. In return, you'll experience extraordinary growth, meaningful impact from day one, and a career trajectory far steeper than you thought possible.
The Role:
- Analyze: Dive deep into GTM, product, and operational data to uncover insights, diagnose bottlenecks, and identify the highest-leverage opportunities for growth.
- Prioritize: Relentlessly focus teams on what matters most - guiding GTM, product, data, and ops toward the initiatives with the greatest impact and strategic value.
- Accelerate: Drive operational initiatives across group companies with speed and ownership - proactively steering high-impact projects from idea to execution.
- Experiment: Continuously test, validate, and refine initiatives using a rigorous, data-driven approach - learning fast and improving outcomes with each iteration.
- Autonomize: Automate workflows and systemize processes to reduce manual work, increase leverage, and build AI-first operating models that scale.
What We’re Looking For:
- Analytical Foundations: A strong analytical foundation built through experience in start-ups, investment banking, PE/VC, strategy, or management consulting - environments that demand rigorous thinking, structured problem-solving, and rapid synthesis of information.
- Action Bias: You thrive in ambiguity, form clear mental models quickly, take ownership instinctively, and enjoy diving deep into unfamiliar software categories. You operate with autonomy, intensity, and a strong internal drive.
- Culture & Velocity Fit: You’re energized by environments defined by ambition, precision, ownership and a high standard of integrity and responsibility.
- Communication & Reasoning Clarity: You communicate in a structured, concise, and compelling way - verbally and in writing. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams without sacrificing quality or momentum.
Culture: High standards. Low ego. Direct feedback. Fast execution. Real accountability. We value people who care deeply about the craft and the outcome.
Why Join Aries:
- Work alongside unusually driven operators and builders
- Work on live deals with a team of experienced investors and operators
- Shape the playbook for how we acquire, scale, and integrate SaaS companies
- Real ownership from day one and a growth curve far steeper than you thought possible
- We set a high bar. We hire carefully. We invest heavily in those who clear it.
