About Aries: At Aries Global, we're driven by a singular ambition - to build one of the world's truly exceptional software groups. A high-performing culture where we're able to deliver transformative value to our group, and a place where every team member can demonstrate autonomous impact in a highly collaborative environment. Our mission is simple: we don't just acquire companies - we build enduring, AI-native software platforms. We partner with founders who have built great products and help them unlock their next chapter through our AI-native operating system, centralised GTM engine, and world-class execution capabilities. We bring together exceptional operators, product builders, and leaders - people who insist on the highest standards and excel in a culture of fast pace, focused execution, and deep ownership. In return, you'll experience extraordinary growth, meaningful impact from day one, and a career trajectory far steeper than you thought possible.
The Role: Work hands-on across strategy, product, hiring, GTM, and group operations, acting as a direct extension of the Founders & Chief of Staff. Break down high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans and drive execution across commercial, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams. Lead 0-to-1 initiatives and critical cross-functional projects end-to-end: opportunity sizing, scoping, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery at speed. Drive operational optimisation by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and using data to measure impact. Build leverage for leadership by preparing decision-ready materials for founders, investors, and board discussions. Support talent acquisition and org build-out: role design, candidate research, interview processes, and closing top operators. Provide hands-on, ad-hoc support to the Founder and leadership team, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and high-stakes initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional Operator: Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, scale-up, investment firm, consulting role, or operating team. You’ve worked close to decision-makers and are comfortable across strategy, operations, and execution.
- Execution Excellence: Highly organised, detail-driven, and dependable under pressure. You can juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines without losing momentum or quality.
- Ownership Mentality: You take responsibility end-to-end, anticipate what’s needed next, and operate with minimal supervision. You care deeply about outcomes, follow-through, and building things that last.
- Strong Communication & Judgment: Clear, structured communicator – written and verbal – with strong judgment around prioritisation, trade-offs, and operating in high-trust, high-stakes environments.
- Process & Systems Mindset: You naturally think in plans, workflows, and operating rhythms, and are motivated to improve how work gets done through better structure, tooling, data, and automation.
- Ambition & Growth Orientation: You set a high bar for yourself, want to grow fast, and are excited to operate in a demanding, founder-led environment with exposure far beyond a traditional role.
- Opportunity to Convert: This role is designed as a high-impact entry point, with a clear opportunity to convert into a long-term role based on performance, ownership, and impact.
Culture: High standards. Low ego. Direct feedback. Fast execution. Real accountability. We value people who care deeply about the craft and the outcome.
Why Join Aries: Unmatched talent density - be amongst and learn from the brightest. High-trust, high-autonomy environment with real ownership - exposure you won’t get anywhere else. A growth curve far steeper than you thought possible. A company with global reach, meaningful work, and potential for long-term growth. We set a high bar. We hire carefully. We invest heavily in those who clear it.
